Verification set – High Performance
A set of non-contact device utilizing IR-LED light and electronics to measure distances more accurately down to 0.1 μm within a second. Handheld computer allows operator to bring it inside the machine for better monitoring of exact location while checking alignment. After each punch chuck has been aligned, values may be printed or stored. These sets are made available by various tooling interfaces though only made for single-level press.
