Available in nine modular models to meet a broad range of user needs—from milling, wire-cutting and die-sinking electrical discharge machining (EDM) to Laser, grinding and mixed milling and EDM technologies—the System 3R WPT1+ is modularly adapted to users’ needs. As a partner to manufacturers’ production, this solution can serve one or two machines in a production cell, and its one-, two-, or three-magazine capability provides exceptionally flexible capacity. Pneumatic control of gripping devices and table chucks is integrated into this compact solution requiring only minimal floor space. Together, these characteristics help manufacturers achieve greater return on their investment.
EMO Hannover 2017 visitors will experience System 3R’s WPT1+ compact part changing robot with modularity adapted to manufacturers’ needs19-sep-2017 15:26
GF Machining Solutions’ System 3R brand will demonstrate the strength and autonomy it brings to manufacturers when it shows its WorkPartner 1+ (WPT1+) in Hall 27, Stand B24, at EMO Hannover 2017, September 18–23, in Hannover, Germany.
The System 3R WPT1+ offers maximum magazine capacity in minimal floor space. Unlike many other solutions on the market, it presents no risk of “painting yourself into a corner,” because System 3R’s modular magazines offer unprecedented flexibility. The solution can be adapted to each user’s needs: Start with a single magazine and add one or two more as required.
Furthermore, just as the System 3R WPT1+ is ideal for milling, die-sinking and wire-cutting EDM, Laser and grinding machines, it is equally efficient for one-off and production of series. With generous magazine doors facilitating loading and unloading, the solution is extremely user-friendly. Its additional advantages include rapid change cycles, integrated pneumatic control of gripping devices and table chucks, and minimal floor space requirements.
The System 3R WPT1+ will be shown at EMO Hannover 2017 with GF Machining Solutions’ AgieCharmilles FORM P 350 die-sinking EDM solution, which combines productivity and flexibility to help users achieve exceptional efficiency.
