AgieCharmilles LASER P 400 series
Increased quality in parts production

Deliver highly accurate results your valued customers expect. This one-of a-kind Laser engraving, texturing and marking solution combines outstanding quality, efficiency, and femtosecond Laser technology in the smallest possible footprint. It is specifically designed for aesthetic and functional texturing of precision parts for watches and jewelry, small inserts, cutting tools and micro machined work pieces.

Laser micromachining

Perfect engraving to boost your quality

Shorten your lead time, and increase your quality thanks to the burr-free engraving requiring no post-treatment, thanks to the advantages of femtosecond Laser.

A scalable solution

Start with a standard nanosecond laser and integrate a femtosecond Laser source later. Your machine is ready to answer your existing and future challenges.

Simplify your processes

Execute multi operations in a single setup to save your time and simplify your manufacturing process. On the same machine in a single setup, Laser texturing, Laser blasting, Laser engraving, and Laser marking operations can be realized on the most complex parts, with unprecedented quality.

Sharp decoration

Smallest beam size

Choose the specific lens best suited to your application. Depending on your needs, three types of lenses are available for small three-axis Laser operations and for larger five-axis jobs.

Laser efficiency

Laser sources

Short pulsed laser are needed to perform good texturing operations. From 30 to 100 W, we have the right tool to match your expectation.

Clean engraving

Laser technology

The best value for your money, nanosecond Laser matches to your needs by offering a perfect compromise btween quality and speed. With Laser flexipulses, be ready to fine-tune your parameters to match your speed and quality targets.

Five axis laser

Movement type

Our Laser machine offers you the possibilty to apply your desired texture on any 3D complex parts with the requested quality, thanks to our 5axis Laser ablation technology.

Master micro surface texturing

Micro texture

Today, Laser texturing combined with a heating and cooling molding process opens even more design possibilities to product designers. Our cooperation with RocTool demonstrates that it is possible to combine popular aesthetic demands such as holographic, textured ripples and mass industrial applications by enabling a high level of replication of the mold surface, thanks primarily to an efficient heating and cooling process during the plastic injection phase.

Perfect engraving to boost your quality

Ultrashort laser pulsed

Get clean, sharp results, and absolutely burr-free engraving with no post-treatment steps required, thanks to the advantages of femtosecond Laser.

Texture new materials with confidence

Laser glass etching

Effortlessly engrave a wide variety of materials—steel, aluminum, carbide, brass, graphite, copper—in three or five axes, with or without a femtosecond Laser source. With the femtosecond Laser, you can also engrave glass, ceramic, sapphire, diamonds, polymers and more, with a unique tool: a Laser beam.

Increased agility

Two lasers - Laser P 400

The modular concept of the AgieCharmilles LASER P 400 includes a patented, all-in-one Laser head that can combine two Laser sources for texturing and engraving the same surface with just one setup. That unique Laser head design delivers additional flexibility by making it possible to automatically switch within a second between two Laser sources installed in the same Laser head. That means users can reduce their running time by combining two texturing operations in the same machine.
