We seek a proactive Sales Manager – Advanced Manufacturing who is eager to sell GFMS' industry-leading Advanced Manufacturing machines, tools, and services to manufacturers in the aerospace, automotive, ICT, and medical industries. The ideal candidate will be passionate about penetrating new markets, cultivating customer relationships, and expertly assessing how cutting-edge advanced manufacturing technology can address their needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a successful sales strategy to align with corporate goals and achieve objectives.
- Analyze and monitor sales forecast activity and profit margin performance and make the necessary changes in a timely manner to achieve goals consistent with Region and Company objectives.
- Support critical customer situations and liaison with Service and Application staff to obtain the best solutions to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Conduct seminars and attend trade shows promoting GF Machining Solutions as the leader in laser and advanced manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or related discipline and four to six years related experience.
- In depth knowledge of laser machining solutions and their applications
- Exceptional prospecting and relationship building skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills to effectively present ideas and solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
