Our efforts to reducing emissions

Since 2019 we measure our carbon emissions according to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and we set emissions reduction targets for the year 2025 with respect to 2019 baseline emissions:

• Switch from grey to electricity from renewable resources in our Swiss sites facilities
• Replaced part of our combustion engine cars to electric or hybrid vehicles. This is particularly relevant for our sales companies which have large car fleets
• Improved energy efficiency in our production plants via new thermal insulation, replacement of windows, upgrade of old equipment and machineries with more efficient ones, abandon of fuel oil heating system, optimization of air conditioning and so on.
