Ultra-dynamic point finishing allows for short machining cycle times and repeatable sustainable production. Due to high feedrates, short travel distances and new tool change gripper, non-cutting times are massively reduced. The use of direct drives on all axes significantly increases tool life.

Automated bar feeder

Ramp up your airfoil production with an automated bar feeder, for unattended manufacturing. When the part is finished, an extractor automatically removes the part from the working area and the machine can continue producing.

Turbomill 1400g

Tool Pivot Point

Guarantee high speed and accuracy, while maintaining an efficient and sustainable airfoil production. The machine head rotates from -90° to +90°, allowing perfect part accessibility during the milling process and avoiding additional machine setup. Produce the first part right and avoid scrap parts.
