Ivan Filisetti

CEO of UNITED MACHINING, Italian-Swiss citizen, born 1969

Ivan Filisetti has been CEO of UNITED MACHINING since July 2020.

His career began in 1990 at Agie in Losone, where he held various roles such as production manager, project manager, and product engineer until 2000. He then worked as plant manager at Gildemeister Italiana (DMG Group) from 2000 to 2005, overseeing logistics, production, and purchasing. From 2005 to 2008, he served as operations and division manager at SAMPutensili Bologna, managing six plants worldwide.

In 2009, he rejoined UNITED MACHINING as managing director, responsible for R&D, production, finance, HR, purchasing, and marketing.

Stefan Dahl

COO, Swiss-German citizen, born 1978

Stefan Dahl joined UNITED MACHINING in November 2013 as Head of Strategy and M&A.

From 2016 to 2020 he was responsible of the Advanced Manufacturing technologies of UNITED MACHINING, which include Laser Texturing, Laser Micromachining and Additive Manufacturing.

Stefan Dahl started his career at DaimlerChrysler AG, Germany in 1999, where he held roles in material and technology development. In 2007 he joined the Georg Fischer Automotive division (now GF Casting Solutions), working in various management roles across production, logistics, quality management and finance.

antonio-faccio

Antonio Faccio

CSO, Italian citizen, born 1972

Antonio Faccio joined UNITED MACHINING as managing director of UNITED MACHINING Italy in January 2011. 

After 5 years he was appointed as Head of market region Europe and South America. From July 2020 to April 2024 he managed the newly created business unit Service + Success. 

Prior to joining the group, he had been working for Fanuc CNC Italy for 12 years where, after holding positions in application and sales, he covered from 2009 the managing director position.

Nathalie Isautier

Head of Human Resources, French citizen, born 1970

Nathalie Isautier joined UNITED MACHINING in August 2012 as project and talent management lead.

In 2015, she took on additional responsibilities for compensation and benefits, global mobility, and served as a business partner to senior management. In 2019, she became manager Europe while retaining her previous roles.

Prior to joining UNITED MACHINING, she had a diverse career in tourism and retail, working in France, overseas and Switzerland.

Aitor Bustinduy

CFO, Spanish citizen, born 1972

Aitor Bustinduy serves as Chief Financial Officer of UNITED MACHINING since his arrival in August 2013.

His responsibilities as Head of Finance of the division have expanded over time to encompass IT, business transformation and M&A, and temporarily strategy and strategic procurement. He founded the pricing department in 2017.

He started his career at GE Fanuc Automation (now FANUC Europe) as finance manager in Spain, then took over the position of financial planning and analysis manager and finally CFO of FANUC CNC Europe.

Dina Gracheva

Head of Marketing, Communications and Business Development, Russian citizen, born 1981

Dina Gracheva joined UNITED MACHINING in 2025 after more than 20 years of career in Marketing and Sales.

Prior to UNITED MACHINING she had a diverse career in construction, chemical business and professional consulting services, working in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and overseas. Dina holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne.
