Divisional Management

Ivan Filisetti has been President of GF Machining Solutions since July 2020.

His career began in 1990 at Agie in Losone, where he held various roles such as Production Manager, Project Manager, and Product Engineer until 2000. He then worked as Plant Manager at Gildemeister Italiana (DMG Group) from 2000 to 2005, overseeing logistics, production, and purchasing. From 2005 to 2008, he served as Operations and Division Manager at SAMPutensili Bologna, managing six plants worldwide.

In 2009, he rejoined GF Machining Solutions as Managing Director, responsible for R&D, production, finance, HR, purchasing, and marketing.

Stefan Dahl joined GF Machining Solutions in November 2013 as Head of Strategy and M&A.

From 2016 to 2020 he was responsible of the Advanced Manufacturing Technologies of GF Machining Solutions, which includes Laser Surface Processing, Laser Micromachining and Additive Manufacturing.

Stefan Dahl started his career at DaimlerChrysler AG, Germany  in 1999, where he held roles in material and technology development. In 2007 he joined GF in the Division GF Automotive (now GF Casting Solutions), working in various management roles across Production, Logistics, Quality Management, and Finance/M&A.

Antonio Faccio, joined GF Machining Solutions as Managing Director GF Machining Solutions Italy in January 2011. 

After 5 years he has been appointed as Head of Market Region Europe and South America. From July 2020 until April 2024 he managed the newly created Business Unit Service+Success. 

Prior to joining the Group, he had been working for Fanuc CNC Italy for 12 years where, after covering positions in Application and Sales, he covered from 2009 the Managing Director position.

Nathalie Isautier joined GF Machining Solutions in August 2012 as Project and Talent Management lead.

In 2015, she took on additional responsibilities for Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and served as a Business Partner to Senior Management. In 2019, she became Manager Europe while retaining her previous roles.

Prior to joining GF Machining Solutions, Isautier had a diverse career in tourism and retail, working in France, overseas, and Switzerland.

Aitor Bustinduy joined GF Machining Solutions as head of Finance in August 2013.

Prior to joining the Group, he had been Senior Finance Manager with Amazon Europe since December 2010. Earlier in his career, Aitor Bustinduy was a controller with GE Fanuc in Spain and, later Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and Chief Financial Officer with Fanuc CNC Europe in Luxembourg.

Rudy Boutros joined GF Machining Solutions in 2021 as the Project Management Officer for the R&D development projects.

In 2022, he moved to the Corporate offices and took over the position of Strategic Projects Manager within the Corporate Strategy and M&A team of GF. Since 2024, he is back within the GF Machining Solutions division and is the Head of Strategy Execution.

Earlier in his career, Rudy worked as a supply chain consultant in Paris and then moved to Beirut where he was heading the production and operations of his own family business.
