GF Machining Solutions’ revolutionary AgieCharmilles LASER P 4000 U allows automotive color and trim studios and product and interior design centers to take differentiation to new and higher levels. The machine makes mastering the most complex textures easy on even the biggest molds such as large positive molds, door panels, dashboards molds as example, thanks to a fully digital process coupled with a  five-axis machining solution  accepting molds of more than 22 tons.

Sustainability

The newest generation of AgieCharmilles LASER P series can achieve significant reductions in energy consumption, up to 20% on a daily basis. An optimized use of compressed air, additional electrical cabinet cooling and water-cooled refrigeration for Laser sources have made this achievement possible.

Compressed air

Compressed air consumption of the machine is optimized to minimize the flow rate.

Electrical cabinet cooling

Additional thermostats allow activating the electrical cabinet heat exchangers only when needed.

Water-water chiller

Optional water-cooled refrigeration for Femto lasers sources permit decreasing the machine energy consumption.
